Fiiiinally got this done! I've only been a member of this group for how many years now? XD *fails spectacularly*
Edit:Went back and added some stuff to meet the group requirements. Needed more of a background, so now we've got some cliffs and mer-people =3

Gabriel was wrapped up in a battle just before being transported to Hetherev. When two stray spells mixed mid-fight, a portal opened and dragged Gabriel away into a new world. He lost consciousness as he plummeted from the portal in the sky and into the sea, and lost all his memories in the process. As he drifted in the waves, his wings began to dissolve as Hetherev's mysterious power locked away his magic...
